AIHackers.net targets the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA. We use automated checks, keyboard testing, responsive reflow checks, and performance budgets as release gates.
This is a target, not a claim of full conformance. Manual validation with NVDA and VoiceOver, and usability testing with people who use assistive technology, are still required before we can make that claim.
Current status
The shared page templates support skip navigation, visible keyboard focus, semantic landmarks, responsive reflow, reduced-motion preferences, and accessible prompt tabs. Automated accessibility checks cover representative page types in light and dark themes at mobile and desktop widths.
Known limitations
- Older media articles include generated music and video samples. The player components support captions and linked transcripts, but complete verified alternatives are not yet available for every historical sample.
- Automated checks cannot establish the quality of every image description, heading, caption, or screen-reader announcement.
- NVDA with Firefox and VoiceOver with Safari validation is pending.
We will update this statement as manual testing and media remediation are completed.
