# Privacy and billing checklist

Complete and capture this checklist before official attempt 1. Recheck the OpenCode Zen source immediately before the release branch merges.

- [ ] The official Zen page still lists the seven locked route IDs in `ROUTES.json` as Free.
- [ ] The exact OpenCode version and authenticated workspace are recorded.
- [ ] Billing details are present without exposing payment or account identifiers.
- [ ] Auto-reload is disabled and dated evidence is captured.
- [ ] Workspace and member limits are recorded separately from auto-reload.
- [ ] The pre-run balance and post-run balance are captured.
- [ ] Only the synthetic clock prompt is used; no personal, confidential, or proprietary data enters any route.
- [ ] The route-specific privacy exception is acknowledged for each route.
- [ ] Every actual charge, including `$0.00`, is recorded per attempt.
- [ ] Receipts and account screens are redacted before publication.
- [ ] Redaction is reviewed by a second human before any public link is added.

Missing evidence stays `null` and uses an evidence state of `missing` or `partial`. Never convert missing billing evidence to zero.
